Refund Information

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their merchandise.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns.

Upon approval, a return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Order Issues

Customers are required to inspect orders upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so corrective action can be taken.


Exclusions

Returns are not accepted if they are perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a replacement item, please return the original product and place a new order after return approval.


EU Right of Withdrawal

Orders shipped within the European Union are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. Returned items must comply with the same condition requirements outlined above.


Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact customer support.
